about USG consultant
USG Consultant was established in 2015. USG provides details drawing, business planning, project management and execution/service as sub-contractor of fabrication & erection/assembly work (Railway and Road Bridge, Wagon & EMU/MEMU coach, Power Plant, Ship, food machinery etc,) for industrial and infrastructure development sector.
We are also associated with RDSO (Research Designs and Standards Organisation) approve workshop.
Also, we provide services as project management consultant (PMC) covering all three stages of project implementation life cycles i.e., pre construction, during construction and post construction. Our role includes proof checking services, while working as PMC we work along with clients offering services like strategy development, co-ordination between multiple agencies including design consultants, identifying and developing work packages, tendering, procurement assistance, side supervision, quality quantity survey and certification, material management and documentation, contract administration, health and safety monitoring, project control and reporting final handover.

Utpal Ghosh (DME, B.Tech,PGDPM) Proprietor of USG Consultant having almost 20years experience of Project Management: Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Quality Compliance & Manpower planning on project sites. Securing on-site project activities & overseeing the performance of contractors ensuring compliance with quality assurance plans Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs for drawing detailing, methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities. Manpower Management: Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce. Guiding site staff to address and resolve performance bottlenecks. Addressing training needs of site staff to enhance skills and productivity. Project Coordination: Networking with Consultants, Architect, Contractors, Planning Section to ascertain technical specifications, construction related essentials, based on the prevalent rules. Sub-Contractor Handling: All other functions pertaining to the responsibilities of Project Manager in the construction filed, also he have 15-year experience in Railway Bridge Fabrication and erection (welded and riveted girder) of construction Project. He was familiar of IS code, IRS code, EN code etc. for railway fabrication and erection job.
